Chara has been employed part-time at Giuffre Insurance Agency since 2015. Her role is organizing and maintaining all new and existing customer files. Chara’s main focus is utilizing the Agency’s premier customer management system, the AMS 360. By downloading daily customer policy changes and activities into the system, running reports, and checking for inconsistencies, Chara is the final piece of the puzzle before the file is completed. She also repairs and maintains the multiple computer systems in the office.
Chara and her husband Todd own and operate a rental properties business and reside in Montello, with their two children, Casey and Teagan.
Chara enjoys anything relating to sporting events, whether it is sitting in the stands cheering or supporting or helping to coach the Girls High School Basketball team. She loves to be outside, swimming or working in her flower gardens, or playing with her 2 Golden Retrievers, Lola, and Ollie.
