Watch out for these guys. They change your policy without informing you then wont help you with a claim. I had all my businesses and homes and cars (5) and boats and they still screwed me. The worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with

Michael is going to save me $1,000 a year over what I was paying with my old insurance company that I was with for 15 years.
I don't know why, but you would think that your insurance company would give you the best deal the longer that you stayed with them and the more loyal you had been.

TERRIBLE. First “accident” I had (a new driver failed to yield as I was backing up) I called, ..surprisingly got an answer right away. Unfortunately I was told my automatic payment “didn’t go through” because of a “computer glitch”. Of course the girls mom fought to get ahold of me/threatening to take me to court. Micheal Jeffery told me to just ignore them and they’ll go away, which they did. (The situation sucked...and left me with a higher rate..I couldn’t fight it.) He rushed to fix his mistake and get me insured again. My trust in him was failing but he was trying so I gave him a second chance. (I somehow felt guilty that he screwed me over) Now recently I was in an accident. (Icy roads + hill =sad day) I called. No answer. Understand it was a weekend (Saturday)and it was later. Tried calling multiple times after that, nothing. Decided to file my own claim. Got ahold of his receptionist..told her everything..and I was told that “it sounded like I have everything under control” and I could “handle doing everything.” 2 days after talking to the receptionist Micheal Jeffery calls me to file a claim (5 days after the accident). I had it done and that was the end of the help. “Text me if they total your car” WOW. Thanks. So after 17 days of my car being in impound and me making countless phone calls/emails. I finally get everything figured out. Tried calling Micheal Jeffery to tell him they totaled my car, I bought it back...what now..? Nothing. So I texted him “I’ll call you tomorrow after my doctors appointment” NOTHING! It’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard from him. This place is a JOKE! I’ll be dropping them! (When I find time..I’m been preoccupied) THE WORSE. They don’t d deserve 1 star.. I bet I’ll get a response now. � ridiculous.
